Dumnezeu si nu circumstantele !

De multe ori ne concentram prea mult asupra circumstantelor in loc sa ne concetram la Cel care poate gasi o rezolvare. Astel ajungem sa regretam ziua de ieri, sa ne fie frica de ziua de maine si sa nu ne putem bucura de ziua de azi. In loc sa ne concentram sa fim bine, in loc sa avem timpul nostru cu Dumnezeu, alegem sa "avem timpul nostru cu problemele noastre". Si e cea mai usoara alegere de facut. E mult mai usor sa iti plangi de mila si sa suferi decat sa ai o atitudine de credinta. Problema adevarata nu e in circumstantele noastre ci in atitudinea noastra. Pentru ca circumstantele in care ne aflam se pot schimba odata ce atitudinea noastra se schimba. In Matei 6:27, Biblia spune: "Cine sunt aceia dintre voi care ingrijorandu-se si framantandu-se pot adauga o unitate de masura staturii lor, sau lungimii vietii lor?" - sau pe scurt: ce rezolvi mai exact daca te ingrijorezi? Nimic. Dar atunci cand iti schimbi privirea dinspre probleme inspre Isus, totul se schimba. Nu pentru ca viata ta se schimba radical (desi se poate) ci pentru ca alegi sa privesti totul prin credinta. Alegi sa crezi ca exista o rezolvare desi nu o cunosti inca. Intelegi ca nu tu trebuie sa te "ocupi" de problema ci sa ai incredere ca la timpul potrivit, El va face acest lucru. Dar, cel mai important este sa nu uiti ca timpul potrivit nu poate veni inainte sa ii dai tu voie.


 "Has anyone by fussing in front of the mirror ever gotten taller by so much as an inch? All this time and money wasted on fashion—do you think it makes that much difference? Instead of looking at the fashions, walk out into the fields and look at the wildflowers. They never primp or shop, but have you ever seen color and design quite like it? The ten best-dressed men and women in the country look shabby alongside them. 30-33"If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers—most of which are never even seen—don't you think he'll attend to you, take pride in you, do his best for you? What I'm trying to do here is to get you to relax, to not be so preoccupied with getting, so you can respond to God's giving. People who don't know God and the way he works fuss over these things, but you know both God and how he works. Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don't worry about missing out. You'll find all your everyday human concerns will be met. 34"Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow.
